At CORE Hair Extensions, we are committed to providing luxury-quality hair extensions and an exceptional customer experience. Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product so our team can review the matter promptly. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit.

For sanitary purposes, returns are only considered on products that remain completely unused, unopened, and in original condition. Hair must not be installed, brushed, washed, colored, cut, or altered in any way, and all security ties/bands must remain intact. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Any items showing signs of use will not qualify for return or exchange.

Orders are shipped within the United States through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once your order has been processed, tracking information will automatically be sent via email. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days, while express shipping generally arrives within 1–2 business days. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume periods. CORE Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost packages, shipping delays, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotional periods, holidays, or for custom/pre-order items. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
